The process is simple – customers call Northgate Ford in Port Huron to schedule an appointment and request an at-home or at-work pickup. On the day of service, customers will be informed of the name of the dealership employee who will be arriving for pickup, including a notification when they are on their way. They will receive updates via phone, text or e-mail to keep them informed of the progress of their auto service. Their vehicle will be delivered back the same day, or as soon as the service is complete.

Northgate Gate Ford has been offering Pickup and Delivery for years. However, since we have received such a positive response from customers for this time saving service, we have expanded it to include more and more of our customers at their request. Don’t hesitate to call us today.
